摘要
IEC三比值法广泛应用于油浸变压器的早期绝缘故障诊断,但却一直存在判断失准问题。通过收集现场1 750余台油浸变压器的故障数据并按不同故障类型进行统计分类,将IEC三比值法中的3组比值按比值区间分布情况进行讨论,结合不同故障下的气体生产机理阐明故障与比值间的联系,进而通过对比分析比值诊断结果与实际故障类型得出正判率和漏判率。研究阐明了油浸变压器的故障统计特征,指出了应用IEC三比值法诊断存在的问题以及容易出现诊断失效的比值区间,对于油浸变压器的现场故障分析具有一定意义。
Three-ratio method recommended by the International Eleetrotechnical Commission （IEC） is widely used in the early fauh diagnosis of oil-immersed transformers. However, the inaccuracy of this method has always been a big problem. The data collected from 1 750 oil-immersed transformers has been put into different categories based on the fauh lypes. Diseussions of the IEC three ratios will be carried out based on the interval of ratios. The relationship between faults and ratios interval will be analyzed by studying on the gas generating principles under different fault situations. After then, the resuh of ratio method diagnosis and real tault lype shall be compared to gel the correct rate and missing rate. Research in this paper illustrates statistical characteristics of oil- immersed transformer faults. It has been pointed out that the matters need attention in the application of IEC three ralios and the intervals in which misdiagnosis can easily arise in the conclusion. The research has a certain significance for the fieht fauh analysis of oil-immersed transformers.
