摘要
近年来,经济的飞速发展伴随着人口的流动性增大,社区警务重点人口防控工作对日常治安工作的作用日益凸显。刑满释放人员作为重点人口中的一个特殊群体,如何管控好已成为社区治安防控工作的难点。在实际工作中,由于其流动性大,信息滞后,防控成本高,加之警力资源有限,致使防控效率低下。因此,有必要以重点人口社区防控的文献资料研究为切入点,在对其违法犯罪社区防控的管理现状及相关问题深入剖析的基础上,研究讨论预防其违法犯罪的社区防控对策。
In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and increased mobility of population, the community policing of prevention and control priority population has played a more important role in daily public security work. It is a difficulty to manage and control the emaneipists, as a special part of the priority population. In practice, the prevention and control work is inefficient due to the great mobility of the emancipists, delayed information, high cost, and limited police force. Therefore, it is necessary to start with document research of community prevention and control, to study the community countermeasures to prevent them from committing crimes.
