摘要
目的 对中医康复护理在胸腰椎压缩性骨折护理中的应用的讨论。方法 选取我院在2013年3月-2013年10月内所接受治疗的60例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组患者,各30例。其中对照组采用较为常规的护理模式,观察组采取中医康复护理模式。对相关数据作以详细记录,对比和分析护理效果。结果 观察组患者的住院时间比对照组短,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中医康复护理对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的治疗效果较好,缩减患者的治疗周期,对医学治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To discuss the application of rehabilitation nursing in nursing of thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 60 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 30 cases from March 2013 to October, 2013. The control group used the routine nursing mode, the observation group to take the traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing model. The relevant data were recorded in detail, and the effect of nursing was compared and analyzed. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, P〈0.05, the difference was statistical y signiifcant. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing for patients with thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures, the treatment effect is bet er, reduce the patient＇s treatment cycle, has important for medical treatment.
