摘要
当今社会享受着第五次技术革命带来的幸福时光,从"+互联网"到"互联网+",信息经济在全球范围内蓬勃发展。"互联网+"是互联网技术渗透和扩散的历史过程,本质是信息互联互通和信息能源的开发利用,目的是促进虚拟经济与实体经济的深度融合,推动人类社会进入一种新的社会经济发展形态——互联网经济。实现"互联网+"的关键在于"围绕一个中心""实现两个转变""推进三个融合""创新四项技术"。政府推动实施"互联网+"行动计划,必须用互联网思维改造头脑,把主要精力放在夯实"互联网+"基础设施方面。
Today, the society is enjoying the happiness brought by the fifth technological revolution. With a transition from ＂Plus Internet＂ to ＂Interne, Plus＂, the information economy is developing rapidly in the world. The ＂Internet Plus＂ plan is the diffusion and spread process of the Internet technology, which actually means the utilization of information connectivity and ＂information energy＂ with the purpose to promote the deeper integrated development of the virtual economy and the real economy, and enable the human society to enter into a new social and economic development pattern--the Internet economy. The key to accomplishing the ＂Internet Plus＂ plan is to ＂tbcus on the center＂, ＂make two changes＂, ＂promote the three integrations＂, and ＂innovate the four technologies . To implement the ＂Internet Plus＂ action plan, the government officials need to learn about the Internet thinking, and focus on strengthening the infrastructure for the plan.
