摘要
目的对微切口白内障超声乳化联合隧道内小梁切除术疗效进行分析。方法选取于我院治疗的120例青光眼合并白内障患者,采取微切口白内障超声乳化联合隧道内小梁切除术治疗,比较治疗前后眼压及视力改善情况。结果治疗后患者视力均有改善,且治疗1周后眼压(13.24±3.45)mm Hg相较于治疗前(36.27±4.32)mm Hg有明显改善,P<0.05。结论微切口白内障超声乳化联合隧道内小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障疾病患者有较好疗效。
Objective To micro incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy inside the tunnel effect analysis. Methods In our hospital 120 cases of cataract combined with glaucoma patients, to take micro incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy inside the tunnel treatment, compared before and after the treatment of intraocular pressure and visual acuity improvement. Results The improvement of visual acuity after treatment and 1 weeks after treatment, the intraocular pressure（13.24±3.45） mm Hg compared with before treatment（36.27±4.32）mm Hg has obvious improvement, P〈0.05. Conclusion Small incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in tunnel in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract surgery in patients with the disease has good curative effect.
