摘要
目的分析细节管理在神经内科护理管理中应用的效果,总结临床护理经验。方法选取我院神经内科收治的560例住院患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(实施细节护理管理)与对照组(实施常规护理管理)各280例,比较两组护理管理效果。结果观察组护理质量各项评分都优于对照组(P<0.001),有统计学意义。结论细节管理在神经内科护理管理中应用的效果显著,可有效改善神经内科护理质量,提高护理管理水平,减少医患纠纷,应予广泛应用。
Objective Analysis on application effect of detail management in nursing management in the Department of internal medicine, summarize the clinical nursing experience. Methods Select the neurological department of internal medicine of our hospital 560 cases of hospitalized patients, randomly divided into observation group（nursing management implementation details） and control group（routine nursing management） in all 280 cases, compared two groups of nursing management. Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.001）, there was statistical significance. Conclusion Application of detail management in nursing management in Department of internal medicine in a significant effect, can effectively improve neurological department of internal medicine nursing quality, improve the nursing management level, reduce medical disputes, should be widely applied.
