摘要
目的分析综合性护理在提高心肌梗死患者的舒适度和满意度中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月期间在我院治疗的52例心肌梗死患者为分析对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组两组,分别给予传统护理和综合性护理,将护理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组相较于对照组的舒适度和满意度有明显提高,且干预后观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用综合护理方式对心肌梗死患者进行护理干预可显著提高患者舒适度及满意度,并可改善患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with myocardial infarction to improve comfort and satisfaction. Methods From 2014 January to 2015 January in 52 cases of myocardial infarction patients treated in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups, were given traditional nursing and comprehensive nursing, the nursing effects were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group compared with the control group, the degree of comfort and satisfaction has improved significantly, and the score of life quality after intervention in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care intervention for patients with myocardial infarction can significantly improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients, and can improve the life quality of patients, significant clinical value, and can be popularized and applied.
