银质针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎34例被引量：3

摘要目的观察密集型银质针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,A组34例为治疗组,采用密集型银质针联合玻璃酸钠治疗;B组36例为对照组,采用臭氧联合玻璃酸钠治疗。治疗前和治疗后3个月对患者进行Lysholm评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,观察两组患者膝关节功能的恢复情况。结果治疗组的Lysholm评分及VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银质针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,不仅能缓解疼痛,功能恢复迅速,而且治疗远期效果均良好,值得临床推广。
