摘要
目的探讨SHEL模式在门诊采血不良事件防范管理中的应用效果。方法应用SHEL模式分析2012年17例门诊采血不良事件的发生原因,制订整改措施,完善软件、硬件和环境,促进其与人件相匹配,改进人件处于最优状态。结果与2012年比较,2013年不良事件发生率下降(P<0.01),患者满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论 SHEL模式能全面直观分析门诊采血不良事件的原因,据此制订的措施更有针对性,可降低不良事件发生率和提高患者满意度,是门诊采血不良事件防范管理的有效工具。
Objective To explore SHEL model's effect in adverse events prevention of blood drawing in outpatient departments. Methods The reasons of 17 adverse events about blood drawing in 2012 were analyzed using SHEL model, and targeted measures were implemented including perfecting software, hardware and environment to improve liveware to be the best state. Results Compared with 2012, the incidence of adverse events decreased in 2013 ( P 〈0. 01 ) and the patient satisfaction increased( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion SHEL model can analyze the reason of blood drawing adverse events comprehensively in outpatient de- partments. Targeted measures based on SHEL model can decrease the incidence of adverse events and increase patient satisfaction ,which is an effective tool in the management of blood drawing adverse events prevention.
