摘要
基于CFD软件平台,采用RNGκ-ε湍流模型对不同循环圆形状液力缓速器的内流道进行数值模拟.结果发现:循环圆形状为圆形时,液力缓速器内流场定子与转子间的静压力值、压力差、相对速度最大,液力缓速器产生的制动转矩也最大.
The internal flow field of hydraulic retarder with different shapes of circular circles was implemented based on the software platform of CFD and RNGκ-εturbulence model. The results showed static pressure value, pressure difference, relative velocity were maximum when the shape circular circle of hydraulic retarder was circle,the braking torque of hydraulic retarder was biggest.
