Determination of Cr,Mo and Se in Dairy Products with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文采用HNO3密闭微波消解样品,手动添加内标碲,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法分析乳制品中的铬、钼和硒。研究表明:铬和钼在0.8~20.0μg/L质量浓度范围内,硒在0.4~10.0μg/L质量浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系。方法检出限分别为:铬0.012mg/kg、钼0.009mg/kg和硒0.009mg/kg;加标回收率在86%~115%之间,相对标准偏差在1.46%~6.81%(n=8)之间。该方法操作简单,适合乳制品中铬、钼和硒的同时测定。 An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Cr,Mo and Se in dairy products.All samples were digested using a closed vessel microwave oven system in nitric acid,with Te as the internal standard.The study showed that linear relationship of Cr and Mo were obtained in the range of 0.8-20.0μg/L,and Se was obtained in the range of 0.4-10.0μg/L.Detection limits of quantification for Cr,Mo and Se is 0.012mg/kg 0.009mg/kg and0.009mg/kg,respectively.Recoveries(n=8)and relative standard deviation(n=8)for Cr,Mo and Se is86%-115% and 1.46%-6.81%,respectively.The method is simple and suitable for the simultaneous determination of Cr,Mo and Se in dairy products.
