摘要
本文对近年来国内外有关藁本内酯的研究进行综述,详细阐述了藁本内酯对缺血性脑损伤的显著保护作用,其作用机制包括减小梗死面积,抗氧化和抗凋亡,抗血栓活性,抑制炎症因子表达以及钙通道阻滞作用等。
The artical reviewed ligustilide＇s research at home and abroad in recent years and elaborated its pharmacological effects in ischemic brain injury. Its mechanisms include reducing cerebral infarct volumes, antioxidant and anti-apoptotic, antithrombotic activity, inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors and the role of calcium channel blockers.
