摘要
宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率仅次于女性乳腺癌,居第二位,其病死率已跃居妇科恶性肿瘤之首。放射治疗是中晚期宫颈癌的主要治疗手段,但由于宫颈癌对辐射中低度敏感,想达到满意的疗效需提高宫颈癌对辐射的敏感性。近年来,姜黄素因具有提高肿瘤放射敏感性的特性而引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。多项体外实验证实姜黄素对宫颈癌具有抑制及放射增敏作用,本文就其对宫颈癌放射增敏机制进行了归纳总结。现将此方面的研究进展进行综述。
Cervical cancinoma is one of the most common gynecologic malignant tumors, the incidence ranks the second, after female breast cancer. The mortality rate has leapt to the first in gynecological malignant tumor. Radiotherapy is the main treatment for advanced cervical cancinoma, however, satisfactory curative effect is not easy to be achieved because of the low sensitivity of cervical cancer to radiation. It is necessary to improve the sensitivity of cervical carcinoma on radiation. In recent years, curcumin gained wide attention of scholars of the world, due to the radiosensitizing effect of curcumin on tumors. A number of in vitro experiments confirm curcumin has sensitizing effect of inhibition and radiotherapy on cervical carcinoma. The possible mechanism of radiosensitization of curcumin on cervical cancinoma is summarized in this paper. We will make a review on the research progress in this aspect.
