摘要
目的掌握温自身抗体血清学特点,寻找合理有效的血清学检测方法。方法对11例温自身抗体输血前血清学检查结果进行分析,建立ABO正反定型不符,排查自身抗体中混合意外抗体的方法。结果检出2例ABO正反定型不符,5例存在意外抗体,其中1例不能鉴定特异性。结论酸放散实验可降低直抗强阳性对ABO正定型的干扰,自身吸收实验可降低自身抗体对ABO反定型和意外抗体检测的干扰,三级保障体系可应用于温自身抗体患者配血。
Objective To master the serological characteristics of warm autoantibodies, looking for reasonable and effective serological detection method. Methods We analyzed the serological test results of 11 cases with warm autoantibodies, and established the unconformity of ABO forward grouping and reverse grouping, screening other accidental antibodies mixed with the auto antibodies. Results We checked out 2 cases of unconformity, 5 cases of the unexpected antibodies, including 1 case which can＇t be identified the specificity. Conclusion Acid elution test can reduce the interference by strong positive DAT to ABO forward grouping; the absorption experiment can reduce the interference by autoantibodies both to ABO reverse grouping and accidental antibodies. Level 3 security systems can be applied to match blood for the patients with warm autoantibodies.
