摘要
自升式钻井平台插桩较深,拔桩时出现周期长、拔桩困难等问题。为了提高拔桩效率,对拔桩系统尤其是桩靴底部喷嘴冲桩效率进行试验研究。以某深水钻井平台为原型设计桩腿、桩靴模型,选取渤海滨海原状土为试验场地,进行冲桩和拔桩试验,明确了不同冲桩条件和拔桩阻力大小的关系。结果表明,当冲桩孔面积达到桩靴面积1%时,拔桩阻力减小40%左右,因此冲桩对破坏桩靴底部吸附力作用明显,是应对拔桩困难的有效手段。
After pile inserting of jack-up rig,for the pile inserting is deep and long work time,pile pulling period is very long,pile pulling is difficult.In order to improve the efficiency of pile pul-ling,it is necessary to pile pulling system especially the pile shoe bottom nozzle jetting efficiency test research.The leg and spud can model designed from one deepwater drilling rig are used,and the Bohai bay offshore undisturbed soil as the test site is selected,for inserting pile and pile pul-ling test,and obtaining a clear relationship between different inserting pile and pile pulling force. Test results show that when the pile jetting hole area reaches to pile shoe area 1%,pile pulling force decreases about 40%,so the pile jetting has a perfect effect on the damage of adsorption at the bottom of spud can,it is an effective means to deal with the difficulty of pile pulling.
