摘要
旨在按照"自上而下与自下而上"相结合的精益管理推进原则,以"点、线、面、体"四个维度为主线,采用多案例研究的方法,对一汽轿车、中集集团、君乐宝乳业和天津通用水务四个通过实施精益管理提升企业管理创新的案例进行剖析,从内外部推动者视角,分析了基于精益管理的制造型企业管理创新驱动因素,得出了企业一线、基层、中层和高层管理者作为被驱动者,驱动其进行管理创新的主要因素和作为驱动者驱动企业管理创新的主要因素;同时提炼了外部推动者驱动制造型企业提升管理创新的因素,为企业高效率的推行精益管理提升管理创新能力具有一定的指导作用。
The research uses a method of case study to analyze four cases of improving the enterprise manage- ment innovation by the implementation of lean management in FAW Car Company, China International Marine Container (CIMC), Junlebao Diary and Tianjin General Water according to a principle of the top-down and the bottom-up and a main line of four dimensions of point, line, surface and body. The research analyzes the driving factors of the management innovation of manufacturing enterprises based on lean management from the perspec- tive of internal and external promoters and obtains the main driving factors from both the active and the passive promoters, such as the frontline, primary, middle and senior staff. This research refines the driving factors from ex- temal promoters at the same time, which has a guiding significance to the improvement of management innova- tion by the implementation of lean management.
