摘要
通过对比ANDRITZ公司两条P-RC APMP制浆工艺流程、制浆废液浓度、吨浆平均耗水量和废液排放量以及制浆废液在碱回收蒸发阶段的经济性等指标比较,1#P-RC APMP制浆废液浓度比2#P-RC APMP制浆废液浓度高0.66%,吨浆平均耗水量和排水量比2#P-RC APMP生产线少约2.6t,1#P-RC APMP制浆工艺优于2#P-RC APMP制浆工艺。
Compare to ANDRITZ company＇s two P-RC APMP for： pulping process, pulping waste concentration, the water consumption and waste emissions per ton of pulp, the waste comparison on recovery evaporation＇s economic. The 1# P-RC APMP pulping liquor concentration higher than 0.66% to 2 # P- RC APMP＇s. The water consumption and the displacement less 2.6t to 2# P-RC APMP for per ton pulp. So the 1 # P-RC APMP pulping process well than 2 # P-RC APMP pulping process.
