摘要
研制造纸废水固液分离系统,包括新型隔膜压榨技术,可变滤室隔膜滤板专用整体熔焊技术,板外进料、板外出液装置,分组组合快速拉板装置,新型曲张、震打、自动滤布清洗装置,液压、电气、控制集成系统。该系统经用户使用,反映良好,社会和经济效益显著。具有过滤速度快、自动化程度高、性能稳定、操作方便、滤板耐高温高压、防腐及密封性能好、滤饼脱水率高、洗涤均匀彻底等特点。
A solid-liquid separation system for wastewater treatment of papermaking industry is developed in this paper,which contains new type of diaphragm pressing technology, overall welding technology of volume changeable membrane filter plate, the device of feeding and flowing from the corners of filter plate, the device of fast pulling plate, the device of new type varicose, shaking and automatic filter cloth cleaning, the system of hydraulic, electrical and control integrated. This system has received favourable comments from users; the benefit of social and economic is remarkable. It has advantages of fast filtering speed,high automation, stable performance, convenient operation, filter plate resisting to high temperature and high pressure, good anticorrosion and sealing performance, high filter cake dehydration rate and even thoroughly washing, etc.
