摘要
目的观察热毒宁注射液对烙铁头蛇咬伤的治疗效果。方法将265例烙铁头蛇咬伤患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用热毒宁注射液20ml静脉点滴,每天1次。观察并记录两组患者肿痛完全消退时间、止痛时间、局部坏死发生情况及治愈情况、住院天数、实验室指标变化。结果治疗组治愈率为91.5%,对照组治愈率为67.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肿痛完全消退时间、止痛时间、局部坏死发生情况及治愈情况、住院天数、实验室检查指标变化与对照组比较,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液对烙铁头蛇咬伤有显著效果。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Reduning Injection in Protobothrops mucrosquamatus bite. Methods The 265 cases was divided into two groups,all of them accepted regular treatment.The treatment group was treated with Reduning injection in addition.To compare the therapeutic efficacy.Records of patients pain completely subsided time,pain time,local necrosis and healing,hospitalization days,laboratory examination indexes. Results The cure rate of treatment group was 91.5%,the cure rate of control group was 67.4%,there were significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）;the treatment group complete remission time,pain swelling time,local necrosis and healing,hospitalization days and laboratory index changes compared with control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Reduning injection had marked efficacy intreating Protobothrops mucrosquamatus bite.
