神山露天煤矿采煤工艺优化与设备选择

Coal mining process optimization and equipment selection in Shenshan Open-pit Coal Mine

摘要 为了解决神山露天矿在现有采煤工艺情况下,生产成本日益增加的问题,基于露天开采工艺理论,提出了3种适合神山露天煤矿采用的采煤半连续方案;总结了各方案的优缺点,并通过建立模型分析了各方案的费用构成要素,确定了单斗挖掘机-卡车-半固定破碎站-带式输送机工艺为神山露天煤矿的采煤工艺。并相应的对露天煤矿生产能力进行分析。 In order to solve the problem of increasing production cost under present coal mining process conditions, based on open-pit mining process theory, the article presents three semi-continuous mining schemes suitable for Shenshan Open-pit Coal Mine. Through summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and establishing models, the author analyzes cost composition elements of each scheme, determines shovel- truck, semi-fixed crushing station- belt conveyor technology as coal mining process of Shenshan Open-pit Coal Mine, and analyzes the production capacity in open-pit coal mine.
