摘要
针灸临床疗效是指医者经诊断后采取相应针灸技术对患者的疾病进行治疗后的效果,其影响因素众说纷纭。笔者通过查阅文献并结合各家所言,认为影响针灸临床疗效的因素可大致归为医者因素(主体)、针灸因素(介质)、患者因素(客体)、环境因素。医者因素主要包括调神、辨证、腧穴配伍、手法等;针灸因素主要包括针灸器具、刺激量、病谱、辅助手段等;患者因素主要包括疾病、个体差异、患者心理等;环境因素包括地理、时间、社会、诊室等方面。
The effectiveness of clinical acupuncture is defined by the doctor＇s clinical diagnosis and the acupuncture treatment given to the patients. Within this,the affecting factors divides opinion. The author finds that factors that affect the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion through the literature review can be broadly classified as doctor factors（subject）,acupuncture factors（medium）,patient factors（object）and environmental factors. The doctor factors mainly include regulating spirit,dialectical,combination of acupoints,manipulation;acupuncture factors mainly include acupuncture instruments,amount of stimulation,disease spectrum,auxiliary means;patient factors mainly include the individual difference,disease,patients psychology;environmental factors including geographical,time,society,consulting room,etc.
