摘要
目前锻造液压机的拉杆较多采用45°锯齿型螺纹。随着设备大型化、高强度的要求,仅通过不断加大拉杆螺纹直径解决问题十分有限,因此本文提出一种新型高强度特殊螺纹型式拉杆,推导出该特殊螺纹牙型参数的具体计算公式。基于三维有限元软件I-DEAS建立真实工况的力学模型,运用接触分析方法,并结合设计实例比较了两种螺纹型式拉杆的受力状况及应力云图。工程应用实践证明该设计降低拉杆螺纹应力45%,消除了高应力集中现象。
A new high strength special thread rod has been put forward in the text. The specific calculation for- mula of the parameters has been deducted. The dynamic model based on the real condition has been established by use of three-dimensional finite element software I-DEAS. The stress state and nephogram of 45 buttress thread and special thread rod have been compared with instance by use of contact analysis method. The industrial application has proved that this new rod can reduce the stress by 45% and eliminate the high stress concentration.
