摘要 中小学教学改革一直以来都是世界各国关注的重要议题。在日本,佐藤学教授带领下的"基于协同学习的教学改革"取得了一定的成效,受到了教育界人士的普遍关注。佐藤学教授在长达三十五年的时间里对"学习共同体"教育思想和学校改革实践进行了孜孜不倦的研究,提出了独有创见的教育改革理论,出版了《静悄悄的革命》等一系列颇受欢迎的著作,其教学改革思想不仅影响日本,也在韩国、中国、新加坡、越南、印度尼西亚等27个国家享有知名度。那么,佐藤学教授致力教学改革35年,走访了3,500多所中小学校,他主要的改革经验是什么,他提出的"学习共同体"理论其核心概念是什么,"学习共同体"与我们平常看到的"小组学习"又有什么区别,在教师群体中又如何得到体现和贯彻,本刊特约记者就以上若干问题对佐藤学教授进行了专访。 Editor's note: Teaching reform in primary and secondary school has always been the important issue of world focus. In Japan, "teaching reform based on collaborative learning" led by professor SATO Manabu has achieved certain success, receiving widespread attention of educators. Professor SATO Manabu has taken pains for 35 years in studying the education thought of "learning community" and school reform practice, putting forward the original education reform theory, and publishing "A Quiet Revolution" and a series of other popular literature. His teaching reform thoughts not only affect Japan, but also enjoy popularity in South Korea, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia and other 27 countries. Professor SATO Manabu has been dedicated to teaching reform for 35 years, visited more than 3500 primary and middle schools, therefore, what is his main reform experience? what is the core concept of "learning community" he proposed? what is the difference between "learning community" and "group learning", and how "learning community" operates in teacher groups etc., on these questions our correspondent has a special interview with professor SATO Manabu.
