摘要
目的分析瓜蒌皮注射液在老年急性缺血性脑病患者治疗中的价值,寻找治疗老年急性缺血性脑病患者治疗的有效方法。方法选取老年急性缺血性脑病患者690例,随机分为对照组及观察组,两组各345例。对照组给予舒血宁注射,观察组给予瓜蒌皮注射。对两组患者治疗效果、心电图改善情况以及血液流变学指标进行统计和分析。结果经过治疗,观察组患者痊愈、显著进步、进步及总有效率分别为10.14%、26.09%、55.94%和92.17%,明显高于对照组;观察组患者心电图显效及有效者分别占29.54%和47.26%,均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者全血表观粘度及还原粘度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,观察组患者全血粘度高切、中切、低切以及高切、中切、低切还原粘度分别为(1.85±0.33)m Pa/s、(2.89±0.42)m Pa/s、(6.11±0.57)m Pa/s、(7.53±0.30)m Pa/s、(7.42±0.42)m Pa/s和(8.85±0.74)m Pa/s,除高切还原粘度外均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论瓜蒌皮注射液用于治疗老年急性缺血性脑病效果确切,而且安全,是一种理想的治疗药物。
Objective To analyze the value of Trichosanthes cortex injection in elderly patients with acute ischemic encephalopathy in,and find an effective way to treat elderly patients with acute ischemic encephalopathy nature. Methods Elderly patients with acute ischemic encephalopathy 690 cases,345 cases were randomly divided into two groups,making it comparable. The control group received injections Shuxuening observation group received intradermal injection Gualou. Two groups of patients for treatment,ECG improvement and hemorheology statistics and analysis. Results After treatment,the observation group were cured,significant progress,progress,and the total effective rate were 10. 14%,26. 09%,55. 94% and 92. 17%,significantly higher;electrocardiogram in patients in the observation group were markedly and effectively accounted for 29. 54 % and 47. 26%,significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups of patients and reducing the apparent viscosity of whole blood viscosity before treatment had no statistically significant difference（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the observation group were whole blood viscosity,high cut,cut,low cut and high cut,cut,low cut reduced viscosity were（ 1. 85 ± 0. 33） m Pa / s,（ 2. 89 ± 0. 42） m Pa / s,（ 6. 11 ± 0. 57） m Pa / s,（ 7. 53 ± 0. 30） m Pa / s,（ 7. 42 ± 0. 42）m Pa / s and（ 8. 85 ± 0. 74） m Pa / s,in addition to high shear viscosity reduction outside were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two patients had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Trichosanthes cortex injection for the treatment of elderly patients with acute ischemic encephalopathy exact effect,but security is an ideal therapy.
