摘要
渭南师范学院从"青年马克思主义者培养工程"实践中探索的大学生马克思主义素养培育模式——"四三三六"模式既从国际高校德育实践中得到启示,又得益于国内高校德育实践的滋养,具有实践依据和推广价值。"四三三六"模式的构建依据哲学、心理学和教育社会学的基本原理,特别是依据现代学习理论,对模式的要素和结构、过程和环节进行分析,具有多学科理论基础的支撑。"四三三六"模式整合了专业人才培养目标与社会发展需要的通识性目标,整合了大学生马克思主义素养培育的内容、方法、评价和策略,整合了课堂教学、实践活动、制度安排和环境营造的培育功能,整合了大学生全面培养与青年马克思主义者重点培育的基本经验,可以起到描述、解释、预见和指导实践的作用。
The mode of"4 + 3 + 3 + 6",which is the exploration of college students' cultivation mode of Marxism based on the practice of "Youth Marxism Cultivating Project"in Weinan Normal University,results from the enlightenment of practice of ideological education in foreign universities and the reference of ideological education in domestic universities,with the general practicing basis. The construction of the mode of "4 + 3 + 3 + 6"is supported by various disciplines and principles such as philosophy,psychology and sociology of education,especially the modern learning theories to analyze the factors,construction,process and links of the mode. This mode is combined with the target of cultivating the professional talent and the target of the liberal education for the social demand,the content,approaches,evaluation and strategy of the college students' cultivating mode of Marxism,the cultivating functions of classroom teaching,practical activities,the implementation of rules and regulations and cultivating settings,and the all- round cultivation of college students and essential youth Marxist cultivating experience as well,which play the important roles of description,interpretation,prospection and guidance.
