香精香料应用于人类生活的方方面面。阐述了香精香料的制备及其主要危险性,提出了提高香精香料生产安全性的对策措施。
Flavor spices have been applied to every aspect of human life. This report describes preparation of flavor spices and their safety analysis, and put forward the countermeasures to improve the production safety.
