摘要
本文列出了大多数厂家采用的一致性评价指标,指出了这些指标的科学性和局限性。立足生产实际,结合锂离子充放电特性,考虑了自放电因素,提出了更能反映电芯一致性的评价指标体系。经过试验验证,采用改进后的一致性评价指标体系挑选的电芯在成组后能表现出更高的一致性。
The paper lists evaluation indexes of consistency to be adopted by most factories, and points out the scientific and limitations of these evaluation indexes. Based on actual production, taking charging and discharging properties of lithium ion battery and inflection of cell self discharge into account, an evaluation indexes system is presented, significantly reflecting cell consistency evaluation indexes. By experimental verification, the battery pack presents higher consistency which is selected by improved evaluation system of cell consistency.
