摘要
针对离散型生产过程信息的监控,研究了信息采集的网络和节点问题。首先分析了无线组网的类别和特点,然后提出高速WIFI网络和低速Zig Bee网络相结合的方式采集信息。分析针对生产要素信息监控的要求,设计了一种基于ZigBee网络的监控节点。最后通过实际的组网测试,验证了该网络及设计的节点达到实际联网采集信息的要求。
This paper presents a study on the issue of information gathering network and node for discrete manufacturing information monitoring. The wireless network characteristics and categories are first analyzed. The paper then proposes a combinative wireless network with high speed WIFI and low speed Zig Bee network to collect information. Requirements of the factors of production information monitoring are then analyzed. A monitoring node is designed based on the Zig Bee protocol network. An experiment was performed to test the actual network. Results show that the network and node performed effectively. Requirements of the actual network to collect information were fully satisfied.
