摘要
目的:观察中药穴位敷贴辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:将76例符合入组病例标准的慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组38例。两组均给以西医心衰常规治疗,且治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用自制中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗。治疗12周后,比较两组心功能水平及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率89.5%,对照组为71.1%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组6 min步行试验的改善效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应。结论:中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证疗效肯定,安全性高。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of acupoint application of Chinese medicine as adjunctive therapy on patients of chronic heart failure of heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods：76 patients of chronic heart failure that met the standard of heart kidney yang deficiency syndrome were enrolled and were randomly divided into treatment group（38 cases） and control group（38 cases）.The control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine, while the treatment group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application therapy based on routine treatment of Western medicine. After 12 weeks of treatment, the level of cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 89.5%,and that of the control group was 71.1%,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment, 6 min walk test were significantly longer than that of the control group,with the difference statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion：Acupoint application of Chinese medicine has good auxiliary curative effect on chronic heart failure of heart and kidney yang deficiency securely.
