磨牙两种桩核冠修复的临床疗效比较

摘要 目的观察磨牙大面积缺损分别采用纤维桩和金属桩核冠修复的近期和远期临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月到2010年12月,在黑龙江省医院南岗院区口腔科就诊并诊断为磨牙大面积缺损需要桩核冠修复的患者共122人,观察组采用纤维桩修复62人,对照组采用金属桩修复60人,随访3年。观察比较两种桩冠是否脱落、桩和牙齿牙根是否有折断并由此计算出成功率,从而分析纤维桩核冠和金属桩核冠修复的近期和远期效果。结果观察组患牙有2例脱落;对照组患牙有8例发生牙根劈裂,4例桩脱落后无法再次采用金属桩修复。结论桩核冠修复缺损后牙时,纤维桩核修复效果明显优于金属桩核。
