摘要
本文通过历史性的视角,从监管理念、监管组织、法律法规颁布等纬度,对1949年以来中国食品安全监管体系的重要变化进行梳理,从食品安全监管需求、行政体制改革、国际食品安全理念影响和典型事件推动等角度,分析中国食品安全监管体系的变迁的背后动因,并提出完善我国食品安全监管体系的相关政策建议。
Tthis paper describes the significant changes in China＇s food safety regulatory system since 1949. Form the perspectives of regulatory concept, regulatory organization, law and regulation, administration system reform, the impact of international food safety concept and typical event-driven, it analyzes the changes of China＇s food safety regulatory system behind motivation, and propose to perfect the policy recommendations for further improvement.
