摘要
介绍了390船用柴油机缸盖的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸造工艺及熔炼工艺:采用底注、开放式浇注系统,浇口比为ΣF直:ΣF阻:ΣF横:ΣF内=3:1:3:2,在上箱设置保温冒口;采用Si C进行铁液预处理,出铁温度控制在1 490℃左右,浇注温度1 350℃,球化剂加入量为1.45%,一次包内孕育的孕育剂加入量为0.4%,二次随流孕育的孕育剂加入量为0.10%~0.15%。生产结果显示:工艺出品率为83%,成品率达100%,铸件解剖后未发现任何内部缺陷,内腔壁厚符合技术要求,且金相组织和力学性能也符合技术要求。
The casting configuration and technical requirements of cylinder head used for 390 model marine diesel engine were introduced. Its casting method and melting process were described in detail as follows:non-pressurized gating system with bottom gating and gating ratio of ΣFsprue:ΣFchock:ΣFrunners:ΣFingates=3:1:3:2 was insulating riser was set in the top mold;Si C was used to pre-treat iron melt;controlling tapping temperature to be about 1 490 ℃,pouring temperature to be 1 350 ℃;nodularizing alloy adding amount was of 1.45%,primary-ladle inoculant was of 0.4%,and secondary stream inoculant was of0.10% ~0.15%. The production result showed that the process yield rate was of 83%,qualified rate reached 100%;no any internal defect was revealed in the dissected casting,internal wall thickness met technical requirements,the microstructure and mechanical properties also met technical requirements.
