输尿管结石封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨输尿管结石封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(HLL)的应用效果。方法输尿管结石患者79例接受输尿管镜HLL治疗。其中,40例应用封堵器(A组),39例未用封堵器(B组),比较两组的相关指标。结果与B组比较,A组手术时间短[(39.16±15.50)min vs.(50.04±23.29)min]、结石游走率低(2.5%vs.15.4%)、清石率高(97.5%vs.84.6%)(P<0.05)。两组术后住院时间和相关并发症发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论 HLL术中安放输尿管封堵器可减少结石移位,提高结石清除率,尤其适用于输尿管上段结石。 Objective To evalaute the efficacy of ureteral stone occlusion device in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy(HLL). Methods Ureteroscopic HLL was performed in 79 patients with ureteral calculi,of whom 40 cases were placed stone occlusion device(group A) and 39 cases did not (group B). The related indicators were compared. Results Compared to group B, group A had a significant shorter operation time[(39. 16±15.50) minutes vs. (50. 04± 23.29) minutes] (P〈0. 05), lower calculi migration rate(2. 5% vs. 15.4%) (P〈0. 05) and higher stone-free rate(97.5% vs. 84. 6%)(P〈0. 05). There were no significant differences in the hospital stay and incidence of cormplication between two groups (P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion Placement of ureteral stone occlusion device is effective in reducing stone shift and improving stone-free rate in the patients with ureteral calculi undergoing ureteroscopic HLL.
