摘要
血液预警系统（hemovigilance system）作为提高输血安全的有效工具,可以减少输血不良反应和输血感染性疾病发生率,保证输血质量和安全.笔者通过对国外血液预警系统的定义、作用、发展现状及研究趋势进行探讨,旨在推动我国血液预警系统的建立,有效反馈并整合统一的血液预警系统信息网络,保障国内输血质量和安全.
Hemovigilance system as an effective tool for improving the safety of blood transfusions can reduce rates of adverse transfusion reaction and transfusion of infectious diseases,to ensure the quality and safety of blood transfusion.This article focuses on definition,current situation,research trend and role of hemovigilance system abroad,in order to promote the establishment of hemovigilance system in China,and build an effective feedback and integration of a common hemovigilance system information network,to ensure the quality and safety of blood transfusion in China.
