摘要
分析了径向波导中电磁波的传播特性,设计了一种Ka波段六路波导功率合成器,并运用软件进行建模和仿真优化,制作实物并进行测试验证,结果表明该合成器在30~34GHz的插入损耗小于0.6dB,反射损耗小于-14dB,与仿真结果趋势相吻合,在毫米波功率合成与小型化领域具有应用价值。
This paper analyzes the propagation characteristic of electromagnetic wave in axial waveguide,designs a Ka-band 6-channel waveguide power sythesizer,and uses software to perform modeling and simulation optimizing,makes practical object and performs test validation.The result shows that the insert loss of the synthesizer is less than 0.6dB and the reflection loss is less than-14 dB in 30~34GHz,which accord with the trend of simulation result,and the synthesizer has application value in the fields of millimeter wave power synthesis and miniaturization.
