摘要
为研究典型疏水阀在蒸汽动力船舶中的适用性,进一步选取适合于蒸汽动力船舶的疏水阀,进行热动力型、热静力型和机械型3类典型疏水阀的性能试验,并对浮球式疏水阀进行抗倾斜性能试验。根据试验结果,总结各疏水阀的工作特点,并分析实船疏水系统在抗倾斜、抗背压及过冷度等方面的需求,给出各疏水阀在实船疏水系统中的适用范围。结果表明:机械式疏水阀的抗背压性能最好;在倾斜状态,自由浮球式疏水阀的疏水量低于杠杆浮球式疏水阀;杠杆浮球式疏水阀可以用于低压连续疏水,圆盘式疏水阀和倒吊桶式疏水阀可以用于过热蒸汽或饱和蒸汽管路疏水,双金属式疏水阀不适用于船舶蒸汽动力系统。
In order to study the applicability of the steam trap used in steam powered ships,three typicalsteam traps,namely the thermal-power,mechanical type,and thermostatic type,have been studied ex-perimentally,and the performance of the float steam trap under sloping condition is also conducted. Thedetailed characteristics of different types are summarized,and the application prospect of each type hasbeen discussed according to actual requirements. The results show that the mechanical type has superiorback pressure performance,while the flow rate of the float steam trap is lower than that of the lever balltype under the sloping condition. Plus,the lever ball float trap could be applied to continuously dischargelow pressure water,and the floating row bucket trap and disc trap could be applied to super-heat steampipe. Finally,the double-metal-style is proved to be unsuitable for steam powered ships.
