摘要
结合我国国情,分析并给出PSC评价法在保障房PPP项目上的应用步骤与要点。通过北京市某限价房案例进行实证分析,验证PSC评价法在我国保障房PPP项目应用的可行性。
Combined with China＇s national conditions, this paper analyzes the application steps and key points of PSC in the affordable housing projects. Then, it conducts an empirical analysis using a case of price-limited housing in Beijing to illustrate the application of PSC in PPP indemnificatory apartments.
