摘要
随着智慧城市的深入建设和推进,文章探索研究智慧档案馆的兴起、构建和未来发展。通过实地调研和文献研究,从档案业务部门的实践探索和国内外研究学者的理论研究两个层面概述智慧档案馆的建设情况和研究现状,分析智慧档案馆中"智慧"的内涵是综合各种数据、信息、情报和知识来解决问题的意识和能力,认为智慧档案馆的"智慧服务"特征是网络化、感知化、系统化和智能化,提出智慧档案馆的未来发展应从新技术的应用、体系架构的搭建、资源发现与智能服务三个方面进行探索。
With the promotion and construction of smart city, this paper explored the rising, construc- tion and future development of smart archives. By using the research methods of field survey and literature review, this research overviewed the construction and research status on smart archives from archival prac- tice as well as domestic and foreign theoretical research, contended that ＂＇wisdom＇is a consciousness and a- bility of synthesizing data, information, intelligence and knowledge to solve problems,and the features of ＂intelligence service＇is networking, perceiving, systematizing and intelligentize, and proposed the future de- velopment of smart archives from the applications of new technology, architecture building, resources dis- covery and smart services.
