摘要
目的探讨耳穴埋豆配合隔盐灸防治胸部恶性肿瘤化疗引起的胃肠道反应的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法 72例接受化疗的胸部恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组34例,对照组于每天化疗前给予盐酸托烷司琼注射液(赛格恩)静脉注射联合隔盐灸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上配合耳穴埋豆。隔盐灸和耳穴埋豆均至化疗结束后3天停止。化疗第3天观察两种方法对胃肠道反应的防治效果;采用中国癌症患者化学生物治疗生活质量量表(QLQCCC)评定化疗前后生活质量。结果化疗第3天,观察组恶心、呕吐、食欲减退等胃肠道不良反应防治率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组QLQ-CCC评分总分以及躯体、心理和社会评分化疗前后差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆配合隔盐灸可有效防治胸部恶性肿瘤化疗引起的胃肠道反应,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion with salt in combination with auricular therapy in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy in chest malignant tumor and its influence on the quality of life of patients. Methods 72 cases of patients, who had received chemotherapy with thoracic malignant tumor, were randomly divided into an observation group of 38 and a control goup of 34. The control group was given Tropisetron Hydrochloride Injection （ Saige＇ en） intravenously daily before chemotherapy in combination with salt moxibustion, and the treatment group was.as same as the control group plus auricular therapy. Moxibustion with salt and auricular therapy stopped three days after chemotherapy finished, and then the effect of two methods in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal reactions was observed; QLQ-CCC was used to assess the quality of life before and after the chemotherapy. Results On the third day of chemotherapy, some gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea, vomiting and poor appetite, were more remarkably improved in the observation group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05） ; the difference in QLQ-CCC sores as well as the physical, mental and social scores before and after chemotherapy had statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The difference in QLQ-CCC as well as the physical, psychological and social scores had statistic significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Moxibustion with salt in combination with auricular therapy can effectively prevent and treat gastrointestinal reactions caused by chemotherapy in chest malignant tumor and improve the quality of life of patients.
