基于用水管理优化的炼油企业运营成本控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 以公用物料中的用水管理优化为切入点,进行炼油企业运营成本的控制研究。利用相对污染指数法对用水资源进行分类,以新鲜水用量最小化为目标,建立了炼油企业用水管理优化模型。通过在150万吨/年规模的炼油企业应用本模型方案,用水量可降低52.33%,废水量下降81.82%,节约运营成本629.09万元/年。实施用水管理优化、加强运行成本控制,是提高炼油企业环境与经济效益的有效手段。本研究还为炼油企业对其他公用物料和能量进行精细化管理,从而实现全面的运营成本控制提供了有益的借鉴。 The water management optimization was selected as an example to carry out operating cost control exploration. The water resources were classified by using the relative pollution index method, aiming at minimizing the amount of fresh water consumption, the water management model for petrochemical enterprises were optimized. The optimized water management model was applied to a 1.5 Mt/a petroleum refinery, water consumption decreased by 52.33% and wastewater emissions reduced by 81.82%, meanwhile $6.29 million of operational cost was saved every year. It is demonstrated that water management optimization and operating cost control is the effective measure to improve environmental and economic benefits of petrochemical enterprises. Besides, this study also offers a beneficial instruction to develop fine management for the other utilities materials and energies to realize a comprehensive operating cost control in petrochemical enterprises.
