摘要 柴胡桂枝干姜汤为《伤寒论》中少阳证的柴胡类方,源于小柴胡汤,在六经辨证中有着重要的地位,参阅近几年来柴胡桂枝干姜汤的相关文献,其临床应用广泛,可治疗多种疾病,如胃肠型感冒、咳嗽变异性哮喘、溃疡性结肠炎、肠激惹综合征、反流性食管炎等等,均显示出了良好的疗效,基于其理论与临床实践的有效结合,为进一步研究其作用机制、药理及药效奠定了坚实基础。 Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction is a traditional decoction founded in Shanghan Lun which consists of Radix Bupleuri and other Chinese herbal medicines.The decoction is transferred from the modification of Xiaochaihu decoction and has an important position in the theory of Six channel syndrome differentiation.The result of the research on the ref-erences of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction has revealed that the decoction can treat many different kinds of diseases with significant efficacy and can be applied to the clinical practice,such as gastrointestinal type of influenza,couch vari-ant asthma,ulcerative colitis,irritable bowel syndrome,reflux esophagitis and so on.The article combines the theory and clinical practice as a basis for researching the mechanism of action,pharmacological mechanism and efficacy.
