摘要
采用植物生长调节剂6-BA、IAA、NAA、IBA及温水、蔗糖、VB6组合,处理白木香[Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg.]的半木质化插穗,研究不同组合处理对白木香扦插生根的影响及生根过程中插穗里的PPO活性变化。结果表明,温水浸泡2 h+IAA 1 500 mg/L、1%蔗糖液浸泡2 h+IAA 1 500 mg/L、6-BA 10mg/L+NAA 1 500 mg/L、VB610 mg/L+NAA 1 500 mg/L这4个组合在各类处理中能够显著提高白木香的扦插生根率;温水浸泡2 h+NAA 1 500 mg/L、1%蔗糖液浸泡2 h+NAA 1 500 mg/L、6-BA 10 mg/L+IAA 1 500mg/L、VB610 mg/L+NAA 1 500 mg/L 4个组合在各类处理中能显著提高生根过程中插穗的PPO活性。
The rooting ability and changes in activities of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) of the cuttings of semilignified branches of A quilaria sinertsis(Lour.) Gilg. treated by different plant growth regulators including warm water, sucrose, 6-benzyl -aminopurine (6-BA), vitamin B6(VB6) with Indoleacetic acid (IAA), Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), Indolebutyric acid (IBA) were studied. The results showed that warm water 2h + 1 500mg/L IAA, 1% sucrose 2h +1 500mg/L IAA, 6-BA 10 mg/L + NAA 1 500 mg/L, VB6 l0 mg/L + NAA 1 500 mg/L could significantly improve the rooting rate of A. sinensis: while warm water 2 h+ NAA 1 500 me/L, 1% sucrose 2 h + NAA 1 500 me/L, 6-BA 10 me/L + IAA 1 500 mg/L, VBs 10 mg/L + NAA 1 500 mg/L coulde significantly improve the activity of PPO in the rooting process.
