摘要
目的观察肥大细胞类糜蛋白酶、血小板活化因子(PAF)、前列腺素(PG)D2在非离子型造影剂过敏者体内含量的变化,探讨其在非离子型造影剂过敏反应的发生机制。方法采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法检测健康对照组、非离子型造影剂过敏组和β-内酰胺类抗生素过敏组血清中类糜蛋白酶、PAF、PGD2的含量及尿液中PGD2含量,利用全自动生化分析仪检测尿肌酐水平。结果非离子型造影剂过敏组、β-内酰胺类抗生素过敏组肥大细胞类糜蛋白酶、PAF、PGD2的含量升高,与健康对照组相比其差异具有统计学意义。结论非离子型造影剂过敏反应者血清中类糜蛋白酶、PAF、PGD2以及尿液中PGD2含量升高,符合过敏反应的病理生理变化,肥大细胞类糜蛋白酶和尿PGD2可作为非离子型造影剂过敏反应诊断的参考指标。
Objective To determine the changes of chymotrypsin, PGD2 and PAF contents in mast cells of patients allergic to non-ionic contrast media (NICM), and to investigate the pathogenic mechanisms underlying the allergic reaction of NICM. Methods For all subjects in the normal control group, NICM-allergic group and β-lactam an-tibiotics-allergic group, we measured the levels of serum chymotrypsin, PAF, PGD2, and urine PGD2 with enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the level of urine creatinine with a full-automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The contents of mast cell chymotrypsin, PAF and PGD2 in NICM-allergic and β-lactam antibiotics-allergic groups were elevated, with statistically significant differences compared with those in the normal control group. Conclusion The elevated contents of chymotrypsin, PAF and PGD2 in serum and PGD2 in urine in patients allergic to NICM are consistent with the pathophysiological changes of allergic reactions. Mast cell chymotrypsin and urine PGD2 can be used as the reference index in diagnosing allergic reactions to NICM.
