摘要
提出了通过检测各相位置信号跳变沿的顺序以及相邻跳变沿之间的角度差,进行实时诊断位置信号故障的方法。在系统实时检测到位置信号故障后,及时切换到容错控制,利用位置信号检测方案输出的冗余信息以及相邻两次边沿跳变的时间间隔重构失效的换相动作,实现故障后的容错控制。通过故障模拟试验,验证了对传感器位置信号故障分析、故障诊断和容错控制的正确性和可行性。
A real-time diagnostic method that detected the edge sequences of position signals and calculated the angle between the adjacent edges of position signals was proposed. After fault of position signal was diagnosed,fault- tolerant control was carried out immediately by taking advantage of the redundant information of position signal detection scheme and the time between the adjacent edges of position signals. The validity and practicability of fault analysis, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control was verified by simulated fauh experiments on SRM.
