摘要
建立了一种高效液相色谱法同时测定16%辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂有效成分含量的分析方法。用Novapak C8不锈钢色谱柱,甲醇∶水∶四氢呋喃=60∶40∶20(V/V)为流动相,在254 nm波长下对16%辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂进行定量分析。辛硫磷和多菌灵的线性相关系数分别为0.997和0.998,标准偏差分别为0.034和0.058,变异系数分别为0.422%和0.719%,平均回收率分别为99.2%和99.4%。该方法操作简便,快速,准确,是辛硫磷·多菌灵悬浮种衣剂中有效成分的理想检测方法。
The analysis method to establish HPLC method for the inspection of effective components of 16%phoxim-carbendazim SE for seed coating.Novapak C8 stainless steel column,methanol∶water∶tetrahydrofu-ran =60∶40∶20 (V /V)as the mobile phase,at 254 nm wavelength of 16% phoxim-carbendazim SE for seed coating quantitative analysis.Phoxim and carbendazim linear correlation coefficients were 0.997 and 0.998,the standard deviation were 0.034 and 0.058,the coefficients of variation were 0.422% and 0.719%,the average recoveries were 99.19% and 99.42% respectively.This method is simple,good lineari-ty,accuracy,precision,detection and analysis method is 16% phoxim-carbendazim suspension seed ideal.
