摘要
分析了汽车连接板的成形工艺,对连接板的热压成形和冷压成形2种方案做出了详尽的对比,介绍了冷压成形的模具结构、成形部分材料的选用以及对产品回弹的控制方法。结果表明,模具结构紧凑、可靠,节约了成本,且满足生产要求。
The forming process of connecting plate is analyzed,and the forming process of hot stamping and cold stamping for the connecting plate have been compared in detail.The forming die structure,the material selection of forming part and the springback control method of the cold forming process are introduced.The die structure is compact and reliable.Practice proves that the production cost is reduced and the products can meet the requirements.
