摘要
目的:探讨个性化持续性健康教育对永久性结肠造口患者依从性的影响。方法选取2011年10月—2013年12月收治的160例接受永久性结肠造口治疗的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规教育方式向患者宣讲相关知识并发放宣讲手册,研究组在对照组基础上增加个性化持续性健康教育方式。应用自护能力实施量表( ESCA)对患者结肠造口和自我护理能力进行评估。结果研究组ESCA评分高于对照组(P〈0.05);患者在造口颜色判断、造口袋更换、造口辅助产品运用以及造口并发症的预防和处理方面优于对照组(P〈0.05)。研究组患者自行护理知识掌握、实施自行护理、个性化健康目标实现及依从者所占比例分别为97.5%,92.5%,97.5%,96.3%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2值分别为4.574,6.874,7.873,9.872;P〈0.05)。结论个性化持续性健康教育能够提高永久性结肠造口患者的依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of personalized continuing education on the compliance of permanent colostomy patients. Methods A total of 160 cases to accept a permanent colostomy were selected from October 2011 to December 2013, and were averagely divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method in accordance with the composition. The patients of the control group were given conventional educational methods while the patients of the experimental group were given personalized continuing health education on the basis of the control group. The Excise of Self-care Agency Scale ( ESCA) had been used for the assessment of patient′s self-care ability about colostomy. Results The score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at ESCA ( P 〈0. 05 ); the color judgment of colostomy, subsidiary products application of colostomy, the prevention and its nursing of colostomy complications in the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P 〈0. 05). The higher score in the experimental group also represented at aspects of patient′s self-care knowledge control (97. 5%), self-care implementation (92. 5%), achieving personalized health goal (97. 5%) and complier (96. 3%) compared with those of the control group (χ^2 =4. 574, 6. 874, 7. 873, 9. 872,respectively;P 〈0. 05). Conclusions The personalized continuing health education can improve the compliance of permanent colostomy patients.
