嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎1例

摘要 1资料与方法患者,男,17岁,学生,系腹痛伴呕吐及腹泻20余天入院。20余天前无明显诱因下出现阵发性腹部绞痛,主要位于脐周,以夜间痛为主,弯腰可缓解;就诊于校医院,予输液治疗4 d（具体不详）后腹痛暂时缓解。之后再次出现脐周痛,伴有呕吐胃内容物及腹泻黏液稀水样便。就诊于当地医院,查粪便常规和隐血：R BC 2、3个/H P,W BC＋＋,隐血阳性;考虑为感染性腹泻,予蒙脱石散3.0 g 2次/d、
