微波水热温度对ZnS纳米晶的结构及其光催化性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of different temperature on the structure and photocatalytic activity of ZnS nanocrystallites by microwave hydrothermal method

摘要 以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为主要原料,蒸馏水为溶剂,利用微波水热法成功制备了ZnS纳米晶.采用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、UV-2600/2600A型紫外-可见光谱仪对产物的物相、形貌及光学性能进行表征,并研究了微波水热温度对ZnS纳米晶的光催化活性的影响.结果表明:反应温度为170℃时,所制备的ZnS纳米颗粒的尺寸均匀且分散性较好,其禁带宽度为3.632eV,表现出较高的光催化活性,在紫外光照射12min后对甲基橙的光催化降解率可达99.3%. ZnS nanocrystallites were successfully synthesized by microwave hydrothermal method using Zn(NO3)2·6H2O,thioacetamide as main raw materials and distilled water as solvent.The phase composition,morphologies and photocatalytic properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD(X-ray diffractometer),SEM(scanning electron microscope)and UV-2600/2600AUV-visible spectrometer and the influence of different microwave hydrothermal temperature on the structure and photocatalytic activity of the products were investigated.Results shows that ZnS nanoparticles with good dispersibility prepared at 170℃ has uniform size and exhibite wide band gap energies of 3.632 eV.Moreover,the as-prepared ZnS nanoparticles shows high photocatalytic activity to degrade Methyl orange,which photodegradation efficiency reaches 99.3% under ultraviolet irradiation for 12 min.
