摘要
液压卡紧会造成动作迟缓或错乱现象,甚至造成换向阀不能换向、柱塞泵柱塞不能滑动的现象,使得整个液压系统不能正常运行。所以避免发生液压卡紧及卡阀现象对于液压系统的正常运行有着非常重要的意义。本文即着重探讨液压卡紧及卡阀现象的消除措施。
Hydraulic clamping movements which may cause the delay or confusion phenomenon, and even cause the valve can not revers, and the phenomenon that plunger pumps can not slide, which make the whole hydraulic system can not operate normally. So to avoid the occurrence of hydraulic lock and card valve phenomenon is very important for the normal operation of the hydraulic system. This paper focuses on the elimination measures of hydraulic clamping and card valve phenomenon.
